Welcome to the official website of the Penn State Chapter of Delta Upsilon. The Penn State Chapter has been building better men since 1911. Founded on Nov. 4, 1834, at Williams College, Delta Upsilon is the sixth oldest men’s college fraternity and the first to be founded as non-secret.
